The directory is a resource guide that will enhance
the lives of the blind and visually impaired. It has been published to
create awareness of the hundreds of organizations, services and activities
that are available to those with visual impairments. The third issue has
over 900 listings, which are divided into 22 categories.
One of the many benefits of the directory is that
there is something in it for everyone. For example, our youngest request
came from a mom who has 1 year old blind twins, while the oldest request
came from an 101 year old. Obviously, two completely different situations,
and yet, both found the directory extremely useful.
Over the past five years, we have received hundreds
of letters and calls telling us that the directory has made a positive
impact in their lives. Many have said that the directory has helped make
life easier, more enjoyable, and sometimes just a lot more fun.
Check us out! Over 25,000 others have.
